1999: Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute with a degree in Industrial Thermal Power Engineering

2005: PhD in economics from the State University of Management

2008: Graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration, with a dual MBA in Business Administration and Investment Management
Education and career
Alexei was born on October 26, 1975, in Moscow. Married, with three children.
1998-2001: Director General of RBC Soft. During this time, the company created over 1,000 websites for clients

2002-2007: Vice President of Information Technology at RBC. Took part in the planning and execution of the RosBusinessConsulting IPO

2007-2014: Chairman of the Board of Directors of Armada, overseeing its IPO and a number of M&A deals

2014-2023: Founding Infosoft, specializing in consulting and IT services
While still an undergraduate, Alexei worked for RBC as a software developer.
He also helped create and launch the first online editorial board of a newspaper, as well as implement its online subscription distribution model

2007: Armada IPO

2007-2013: Took part in major M&A deals

2009: Selected for the Presidential talent pool.

2011: Received a commendation from the President of Russia
